Daniel Hebert Inc. was the general contractor on the South Mountain Inn Resort addition. This was a five story wood framed structure totaling almost 40,000 sq ft. The structure was constructed out of prefabricated panels which cut the framing time down considerably. This building method also generates considerably less waste then conventional building methods. The top floor of the resort features a large “Presidential Suite” that features a theatre room. Our crews worked steadily through the winter to meet the summer deadline. The project was completed in July of 2014. Phase II may start as early as the Spring of 2015.
