The Riverwalk Resort at Loon Mountain is going to be a seven story luxury condominium complex in Lincoln, NH. The 140,000 square foot resort will feature units from Studio’s to 3-Bedroom Suites, pools, fitness rooms, a restaurant/bar, and retail shops. DHI started construction in the Fall of 2014, and the structural steel frame is currently being erected.
