DHI is honored to return to the River Walk Resort At Loon Mountain in Lincoln NH to construct Phase 2.
DHI completed the first phase back in 2016. We broke ground on this 180,721-square-foot, 4-story project in the Spring of 2022 and have a targeted completion in the Spring of 2024. This modern resort expansion will add 66 luxury units, a second restaurant, a production winery, a new spa, and a Grand Ballroom.
