DHI took on the renovation of this historic building in the heart of Littleton, NH, which totaled over 27,000 square feet. The scope consisted of new petitions and bathrooms, flooring, suspended ceilings, drywall, and a new heating system. The exterior of the building received a face lift as well, with brand new siding and trim along with a new deck and retaining wall. DHI was able to bring the building into the present while still maintaining its historic feel.
