The Beattie House is located in Littleton, NH. This project consisted of 17 residential units for the elderly located in a portion of a multi-story historic masonry structure that was converted from hospital use to residential occupancy. The historic Beattie House was disengaged from the larger ex-hospital complex and operates as a stand-alone structure.
