The Cornerstone Housing project took place in Berlin, NH and consisted of the construction of 13 new elderly housing units. This was a three-story, wood framed apartment building with a portion of the ground level constructed over the outlet river from Jericho Lake. A portable dam system along with numerous pumps allowed DHI to accomplish this task.
