Design Build Contract for a 23,287 square foot addition and major renovation to 63,896 square ft of the existing high school. The renovations included all new mechanical and electrical, ADA compliance upgrades, a five stop elevator and reallocation of space within the existing complex. Maximum production was required in the summer months to ensure the facility was ready for students in the fall. Project coordination among all subcontractors was crucial to the successful completion of this task.
